Auto Elements Shipping Policy (Effective Jan 1, 2021)
-All Products are shipped FREE to places INSIDE the Continental US with FedEx service, which will take approximately 1-5 business days. We will not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box, US Protectorates, Alaska or Hawaii.
- We do NOT offer customer pickup at any of our locations.
- We offer a combined shipping discount, please Contact Us for more information and prices.
- If the package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong or an undeliverable address, the buyer will pay for the next shipment to the correct address.
- Most products ship within 24 hours but could take up to 2 business days.
- Once order is shipped, we will attach tracking details to your order and/or message the tracking details to you.
-In the event that multiple parts are ordered, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple warehouse locations. In that case you may get some parts sooner than others.
- If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will be issued.
-Rarely, damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can clearly see that the part is also damaged, REFUSE the shipment AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will either get a new product out to you as soon as possible, or if the damaged product was the last one available in stock, we will refund you in full.
-If you discover your item is damaged after receiving and opening the package – Please provide photos of the damages to the product so we can clearly see - the photo(s) must clearly show which product is damaged with clear images of the damage to that product – in this case we will be able to provide you a replacement at no cost. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund on the damaged part.
- If the product is found to be defective or incorrect based on the description of the part that was ordered, please Contact us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and send out a product FREE of cost. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund in full.
